I came to Canada 6 years ago and i applied as a refugee but after the hearing the decision was negative. We applied for H & C grounds and it was approved. I finish both of the stages and i got my pr card 3 years ago. I haven't traveled anywhere except 10 days in Domenican republic. I would like to ask if someone knows if i can travel to my back home without putting in risk my pr card. When i got the pr the cic told me that i can travel because my refugee case was denied.Does anyone knows if there is any risk?

Hi Vicky, after the first stage approved could you apply for a work permit or just after the whole process finalized?

You can apply for a work permit after 1st stage approval.
