Does raising a CSE can cause a ghost update?

Has anyone ever raised a CSE and then got a ghost update 1 day after ? The ghost update happened to me 4 days ago so i dont think i'll get a golden email from it.

Oh, ok. I got ghost update today. So trying to understand what’s should I expect. Don’t you remember how many day it took to get prp after that update ?

5 days, I thought it was just a glitch but it was for real
