Sometimes I doubt the asylum program of Canada, how many of the refugees are actually in need of protection? Or are they just the richer and more corrupted ones from their desperate countries, who can afford to escape with their hidden fortune robbed from their own ppl in some Swiss banks. How many dictators, war criminals, unethical businessman... slip thru the crack and enter Canada as refugees? If they can afford to buy tickets to canada, hire a lawyer to file their cases, are they really in need of protections? There are so many people suffering in Africa, many civilians are dying each days in the battlefields and in the hand of corrupted gornvernments but how many of them can have the means to even be noticed and get through Canada as refugees? The program is highly questionable and should be seriously examined of its true meaning

I think the only person here who posted a legitimate reply was you and this is because i know what is going on in the offices.I WAS THERE
Now i know why the immigration lawyers get money,its just something very tricky.Its very simple and what we read is not what really goes on in the offices.Guess what?????????We went to a vacation hearing last week,Wife asked for adjournment of case and i declined,she asked for her case be heard separately and separation of files,IRB did agree,now,she is in a womens shelter another helper of lies in Canada.She came with 2 social workers.I proceeded with mine and even if i want to leave i cant till a decision is made and because of the custody issues its a mess.she will be called at a later time.However,because we have kids,none of us can be removed till custody issues are settled.Due to that,even if i want to leave,Canada will not let me leave till Custody and or my wifes Misrep issues are settled except i am ready to leave alone or with my non canadian kids.We are now in a family court and remember family issues override immigration matters so none of us can be removed till CUSTODY issues are done.I want to leave but if i can blow time why not.Its free cash isnt it?
Custody can take YEARS and till then who knows what can happen.
She asked that she will come with a lawyer,her lawyer is out of the country till the 16th,so still time is blowing.Well,i know in the end she will be caught in MISREP but before it is done we will spend much time here and can apply H&C.Wether it will be approved or not,who cares,still here.Welfare,underground job and etc.Again the family issue defer all immigration matters till it is settled so dont let anyone tell you something else.
Just fight custody till YEARS.

This is a true disaster ...... and our tax money are covering for the legal (trying to sort out illegal) matters! When I came to Canada, I did not qualify for the "Canadian friend program" because I was bilingual and had a job. The program was only for refugees and other people who needed assistance. I did not qualify for a friend, but I qualified to pay taxes within 48 hours of my arrival in this country. When I hear all of the above, I become sick!
Recently, I came across from refugees from Italy, Belgium and Sweden. I paid some pretty pennies to visit these countries, and they claim to be refugees ... and this on our money. Where does it end?

Why dont we just become advocates of Canada and tell people yes canada accepts refugees, child molesters, criminals, wife absuers from other countries. Just cause we are nice enough and we dont want to say no to these people because human rights is everything. Never mind the fact what these criminals did to other people we are generous we'll put them in lovely prison cells and feed them three meals a day, provide facilities like gym, internet, cable tv, right to education, the right to publish journals perks that some low income hard working Canadians dont have. So why wouldnt someone not want to commit crime in or outside canada. Commiting crime is important cause in this time of recession where basic grocery, gas prices are going through the roof a Canadian prison offers a wonderful opportunity for Canadians and non-Canadians an alternative to a healthy lifestyle.......

And here is the classic marketing pitch......Go ahead kill that nagging mother in law and enjoy the facilities our Canadian prisons have to offer

After all, we do not want them to come here, blend in our society from second 1 (because they speak more than one language, have good working ethics, and have admirable moral values), and start work the following day. We, Canadians, are generous people and therefore we like people who are going to spend our tax money!

hahaha.....highly educated and skilled people end up security guards or taxi drivers, speaking more than one language is useless cause we only speak english or french live with that or join the immigrants line. Forget foreign work ethics, Canadian experience is everything. We are generous people and we like our generosity being taken for granted so why not commit crimes cause the worst that can happen to you is going to a lovely prison and enjoy facilities that a lot of Canadians dont have.

Maybe some highly educated immigrants work as security guards, taxi drivers, etc. However, none of my European friends perform such jobs. We are either working for the provincial or federal government, or in the education field.

Amazingly,we could still stay here so long as child custody issue is still in the family court.
Whiles we stay here we are still entitled to all what we had before as usual.O CANADA.....
I just dont believe that we are still entitled to stay and get all so far as we are in the family court.
I just read an article here where the Immigration law outlawed the family court law but in our case its the opposite.Guess what custody battle could go on for years and years so far as the cards are played for a good reason.In the meantime i am gathering momentum to maybe start applying for H&C because by the time all is done we will be long here except i gather my 2 balls and make my own move.Even if i will do that i will wait a bit to gather my stuff and some cash.

i left Canada for my original country willingly because i have a stable job and home here.
However wife still stayed planning to fight to stay after we are already out in the wind for misrepresentation.
She is cooking a new story to fight to stay but i am gone
