Travel as tourist yes.
But I assume you meant to ask PR. No if you don't have any work experience.

Nothing. Read your question again. You said travel.

You cannot apply for permanent residency if you don't have any work experience at all.

Jesus!! forget getting a PR and I apologize for this may sound harsh, but god you need to improve your English skills tremendously. Seeing that you have no experience which makes you ineligible for PR at the moment, spend your time wisely trying to improve your Language skills at the same time. I assume that since you're from Morocco you might be able to speak French as well ? Focus on improving your language skills while you get some work experience and do some research about the PR process on your own rather than asking what is PR.

He doesn't need to improve his English skills if he's fluent in French (which I assume he is considering he's from Morocco)
