Thank you! You must try to improve your ielts. Do listening and reading practice twice in a day at home. You can definitely get 8777 bands where is 8 is listening and your score will cross 400. You will get a chance of NOI from ontario easily. Good luck!

Did you take any action after receiving LOI. I sent them a mail stating that I am interested ? but no response yet.
Yes I have submitted my application on pei official website under express entry n showed my expression of interest
What next I have to do my overall points are 72 on pei official website..

So you are saying that you had not registered with PEI before you received LOI from PEI as this is the case with me. I am really confused if I should create profile under PEI and submit my EOI or wait for PEI's reply?
My agent says that we can not do anything unless they reply.
Yes I have received provincial letter of interest and sent them a mail right away on expressentry@gov.pe.ca but I have not received any automated or any reply yet. I just wanted to clarify that I have not created profile in PEI yet. Got this letter thru Cic express entry stream. What should I do?

This reply I got from pei email id so I created profile
I have received provincial interest letter from PEI on 8th August under EE profile. FYI...I don't have profile with PEI neither I have submitted EOI with them.
The letter asks to contact PEI directly for further instructions but they have not given any contact information on the letter so I searched PEI's phone number and called them to ask about further processing, all they asked me to do is send an updated resume and they will get back to me.
Has anybody experienced this or I am the only one with this unique procedure?
If yes, what would be next after sending out my resume?
