Getting Parent on Super Visa

I am trying to apply for a Super Visa for my mom who is currently in India, On starting a new application and checking eligibility the system says - "Parents and Grandparents sponsorship program ....." with link to https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/guide-5772-application-sponsor-parents-grandparents.html#gather

Question -
What happened to Super Visa? Can I not apply super visa or is it that now this lottery system is the only option?
Can someone please list down all documents required for this sponsorship program?
She already has a visitor visa valid for the next eight years, Do I need to apply for TRV again?

Yes - that's what a super visa allows your parents to do.

So, if my mother currently already has a visitor visa but with restriction of six months and is valid for the next 8 years and now I apply super visa [trv with option of staying more than six months] What will happen to the old visa? Will it get cancelled and a new visa will be issued for the next ten years ?
