I worked as a software engineer NOC 2173. My company is ISO 9001 certified. the problem is -

That I chose to receive my salary as cash in hand and not in bank account. Although my employer gave me the option but I denied. I've this thing in written from employer.
I talked to few PR applicants as well as immigration consultants too. Most of them told me that CHC (Canadian High Commission) will reject my case and put a ban on me for 5 years bcoz I've never received salaris in bank a/c. When I told them that I can show stamped salary slips on company letterhead they told me that still it will be a problem.

Another thing is most of them told me that I should show them my bank a/c where I've deposited some amount of salary, if there is any. It will make my case stronger. Now the thing is I m from a lower middle class family and I only received 20K, half of which I've always sent to my parents and half I kept for myself and therefore never deposited in any bank ever. What should I do in this kind of case as --

1. I neither have bank records where i deposited my salary.
2. Nor received salary in bank account ever.

Although I've all the experience, employment related certificates in company letterhead

Pof and salary have nothing to do with each other. We sent the bank statement of oir savings account.
A lot of people receice cash by hand. Not a criteria.
Is your salary mentioned on the reference letter?

The 5 year ban is just scare mongering

Maybe I'm wrong in understanding ur reply but I think u confused PoF(Proof of Funds) with the problem I'm asking.
I was asking that...many applicants told me that I should show the records that where I saved i.e. deposited my salary as my salary was Hard cash. They said that there should be a bank account where I deposited my salary after getting it from employer. They said this is required bcoz then CHC will be dead sure that this man was paid & from that pay he saved this money.
PoF is a totally different thing here. I m not asking anything about that.

No i dont think that salary is mentioned in my reference letter? Should i get it mentioned there? I can request my branch manager for that.

If you can get it mentioned there it's enough. Salary slips are an added value. But paid in cash or by bank doesnt matter and will definitely not get you a 5 year ban
 
I'll add that misrepresentation is considered when someone lies to get a higher CRS or hides important information
