Hi, I am in a tricky situation as employer wants to revoke BC EE PNP nomination while I am waiting on police clearance to respond to my ITA. Can I inform BC PNP dept about my situation and request them not to revoke my PNP as that would affect my CIC EE PR application and awarded points ?

If your job offer is needed in order to approve your BC PNP then yes the employer can revoke their job offer which also can lead to BC cancelling the nomination that was given to you.
How do I know if my PNP nomination is dependent on job offer ?
I applied and approved for two nominations
(1) BC PNP Skilled Worker
(2) BC PNP Express Entry.
PNP nomination letter for Skilled worker states that the nomination is not dependent on job offer but not sure about the EE.

Well almost all BC PNP categories require a job offer. You will have to confirm your nomination requirements with BC PNP

Sorry for going back and forth but do you personally know of any cases where BC supported nomination even after Job/PNP was terminated/withdrawn by employer or can you suggest me any workaround for this situation ?

It depends. I would assume the BC PNP would want you to secure a job offer as soon as possible in order to keep your nomination. You should talk to BC PNP first and see what options they may have for you.
