Hi folks,
My post-graduation work permit is going to expire on July 17, 2019, and I will have one-year work experience on July 10, 2019. Am I eligible to apply for PR on July 10, 2019 through Entry Express when my work permit is going to expire so soon? Please help me. Thanks! (Other conditions for applying PR are satisfied.)

Hello! Yes, you will be able to apply for PR. If you apply under CEC/FSW stream, you aren't required to physically present in Canada. If you are lucky enough to be invited before your PGWP expires, you can even apply for another bridging open work permit and wait here in Canada. Check out: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/work-canada/extend-permit/bridging-open-work-permit.html
Thanks a lot! So do you mean that I can apply for PR through CEC even if my status in Canada has expired? If it is, that would be awesome.

Yes. You can totally apply for PR in your home country, as long as you meet the requirements and get ITA. Don't worry. :)
