in some case, so process can be faster right? doesn't need 4 - 6 months?
Yes - but for your occupation you should be prepared that the process will take several months. Remember that before your employer can even apply for the LMIA, he has to advertise your job for at least a month.

Just be prepared to wait. Advertising will take a month to make sure no Canadian can do the job or applies for the job. After that the process begins.

can my employer advertise while waiting for the LMIA? or after LMIA have approached ?
No - that's not how it works. You need to read through the LMIA process.

Your employer must advertise the job for at least a month BEFORE applying for the LMIA. The employer cannot submit the LMIA application until after the one month of advertising has been completed. If your employer submits the LMIA application early, the LMIA will be refused.

Depends if your job is classified as high wage or low wage. For high wage, two additional places could be indeed and linkedin.

For high wage:
  • You must also conduct at least two additional methods of recruitment that are consistent with the occupation (targets an audience that has the appropriate education, professional experience or skill level required for the occupation). One of the methods used must be national in scope, and easily accessed by residents of any province or territory, as people in high-wage positions are often mobile and willing to re-locate for work.

For low wage:
  • You must also conduct at least two additional methods of recruitment that are consistent with the occupation (targets an audience that has the appropriate education, professional experience and or skill level required for the occupation). Effective August 28, 2017, each of the methods used must target a different underrepresented group: Indigenous persons, vulnerable youth, newcomers, and persons with disabilities.

It is a lengthy process that requires the employer to pay money as well. That's why a lot of employers will not try to hire a non-canadian.
Yeah i know that ahaha :)
Will it be easier if i am in canada right now? Can i change from visitor visa to worker visa ?
