I am stuck at Eligibility Review Required.. Need Help

Hi

I Have got no updates on my file since December 2017. Looks like IRCC has forget my file.
what does your background check status says on your EE profile. In my case background check is under progress from 27th feb, which I think was a part of a mass glitch happened on that day as background check starts after eligibility is passed.
I have ordered a new set of GCMS notes and will receive them in the first week of September. I am holding up myself till then from communicating with IRCC. I will see if anything is new in them as the last 3 GCMS notes ordered in the last 6 months period showed no progress in my case whatsoever. I am now frustrated as the first step of EE, which is eligibility, is still not being assessed by anyone at IRCC. IRCC always respond by stupid emails to your queries which adds up to frustration.

I got the email from LBM a week back that i require interview. Date is yet to be communicated.

That’s great, at least you can now explain your case in the interview. What is the reason you are under review required.

Not yet, he did not get any response till now.

Well I am also an Immigration Consultant and I know this process is wrong. It depends on knowledge that they have. Everybody has put his nose into this business and ruining people's career. I can give you an advice on this and your problem can be solved. So, lets chat one to one.

I have a small doubt. I have given my total work experience to be 3.5 years. 1.5 years in the last 5 years and 2 years of experience around 7 years back. Do i have to submit referral letters for both the jobs?
They come under different NOC codes and both have been considered for my CRS calculation. Please clarify my doubt.

Hi Anuja,

In my opinion if you have claimed points for your 3.5 years experience then yes you have to provide a refrence letter for both of the jobs.

Thanks everyone for providing your timeline here. We can strategise further how we can make IRCC put our cases in processing again. Looks like review required cases are almost being sidelined in favour of newer applicants
