Manager is leaving

The manager who sign job reference letter is leaving this week, I have that letter ready and uploaded and I m planning to submit eAPR this week. What should I do? I don’t know who will be the next manager and how cooperative will he be?

Shall I explain this in LOE??

Why not. They are required to provide you with a stamped reference letter. It doesnt have to be your supervisor

I work in an educational institute and my department chairman did that for me. Now since he is leaving and HR said they don’t have any policy like this one to make these letters so I don’t know what to do
