Are you sure that ircc solved the mistake done after cancelling? Did you received any update on your file after receiving the new uci number from IRCC?

Yes On 14 June they give me new UCI and app. Num
On 15 june i got mail started your application has been updated.

But bryanna how it is possible when i found within new uci and app num there is no application available. How to link that do i need to make new portal account ?

Moreover which email i got on 14 june was mention future coresponse will be recived on your e mail which i give to them on application form.

In this case you can send CSE to your local visa office which is Abudhabi, and tell them the whole story from cancellation to receiving a new UCI number, then tell them you failed to link your application using the new uci number. They may reply from 3 days to 30 days.

I have already told them i got auto reply like “ Due to large number of emails they will reply to me after 15 business days but till today i have no got any mail from cic.

Do send another email to the Abu Dhabi visa office. You can ask for the processing update because you're not able to link your account.

From what we've seen recently, the Abu Dhabi visa office replies pretty quickly. Hopefully, you will get a reply in a couple of days
