Final Decision Status changed back to in process after approval - CONFIRMATION

I have received passport request letter on February 26th and have also deposited the passports on the same day at VFS Chandigarh.

On 7th March I received an email stating that ( your application has been updated. Please sign in to your account and check your application status and messages for more information). I checked the status which shows that your application was approved in front of Final Decision. Also there were 4 numbers showing expiry date of 23rd June 2019 for each applicant. However, today when I checked my account the Final decision status is changed back to- in progress and background check is also changed back to -in process.

I would request you to kindly provide information upon the same.

Hello, it was just an technical glitch, I got the status back to final decision made within a day, and further after 3-4 days I got the passport.....nothing to worry about at all....cheers

I got the stamped passport within a week after this......cheers..if something like this hapens...not to worry, its just technical fault, they rectify and send the passports soon.

Hi guys
Same thing happened to me today... i had it approved, already have my landing papers, im just waiting for my pr card. Today i got the same email saying ththe status had changed, and from approved it became submitted... (background check and elegibility back to IN PROGRESS).

Did everybody get it sorted out?

Hi guys,

The same thing happened to me as well, My decision made changed back to In process Wednesday this week. My status was DM on Jan 29, 2020, waiting for COPR for a long time, however, it changed back. So I'm really worried about that, I hope this is a technical glitch, I will get a COPR soon.

It is just a technical glich..dont worry!!! Mine worked out well...i know it sucks but it will turn out fine, im sure
