i got my medical status cleared now how much more time i will have to wait for visa approval???

if you did an upfront medical then you have to wait a while but if you were called for medical then you are closer than it seems

I was asked for medical in June but haven't heard back yet.

Here they only accept paper applications for temporary visas

Has your application exceed the regular processing time of your country, if yes, send them a warm reminder using the webform or email

If it has not, then you will surely hear from them

Yes processing time is long gone.
Email reminders are not even acknowledged by them. Have sent several to immigration office and VAC here in Tanzania.
Its a tough situation.

Did I require to update or submit anything after getting medical done? I thought doctor had to do that....

Yes the hospital are suppose to do that and I "guess" they would have done that already

Resend another message to CIC by using the title of "URGENT - No Update after Medical Request since June" then the body of the message should contain a brief message regarding your queries, include your application number and passport number with your full name. Then thank them

Sometimes, they don't always acknowledge the message but only on few basis.

Usually their are many emails of CIC processing online applications for every region, try to search for them and send to all, you might be lucky
