does anyone know what to do if i have an "update not sumited" noification in my account?

In the current status of my application " it reads - update not submitted" does anyone know what needs to be done to show it submitted?

did you click on transmit the documents you uploaded?

uploading isn't enough. if i remember right, on the bottom right of the page you have to click on transmit to send them and sign again with your name

thanks... just saw it and submitted it! does it mean that all this time my details were not in there? and have lost out on opportunities?

your documents were uloaded but not submitted to cic yes

it's alright now you know. even if they ask for more documents you have to make sure to "transmit"
