Guys i received ppr today
Submitted april 2017 just wanted to know how do they return the passport and how do you know the status of your passport online and how long it takes for the process?
They return the passport with dhl only ? I submitted using aramex

Do they usually return usibg dhl ? Or they will return it with aramex as i sent it.
Should i call dhl after how many days? And excuse me i dont know the meaning of "the website shows the counterfoil" which website ?

Do you guys send a return address with the package, the email stated only 2 photos the passport and a copy of the email

2. call dhl now
3. the website where you have your profile
4. no return address unless you changed from the one on file

I guess i will wait a week minimum before calling dhl as by logic they wont stamp it before a week may be more.

Depends on your luck, there isnt a standard, mine took 5 months, someone else's BGC only took 8-10 weeks.. best of luck
