Hello Guys,

Today, I received the medical requests and Police clearance request.
I see, the medical has to be submitted in 30 days. is the 30 days extendable ? I thought it is 60 days ?
Actually, my parents are going back to home country from Canada shortly not sure if 30 days is enough

Thanks YULIA, I have all these forms and guide appreciate your reply. I am sponsoring both my parents (Mom & dad) should I consider both Principal Applicant or Dad as a Principal Applicant only and Mom as spouse of my Dad ?

you can choose 1 principal applicant like you want / I did my mom/ and spouse is dependant

no - 30 days limit, you can extend PCC
you can do medical here in Canada

That is minimum income for yrs and I do have more then that including my family members

eg.

5 people ( newborn on 2018)

Yr Federal Table My and spouse Family Size during the yrs
2015 - $65377 $77604 4
2016 - $ 66654 $89887 4
2017 - $67400 $111,390 4
2018 NA $105,000 5 (Spouse on maternity)

Only one parent can be principal applicant, the other will be a dependent.

so you can take your spouse like a co-signer and your total income /line 150 NOA/ s/b like amounts above.you don't need add 30%
if you do it by yourself - you don't need a co-signer but always good to have it / just in case/

IMM0008 / you can add max 5 Dep there/, make a note - citizen

Hi everyone, I got selected in second round to apply for my parents pr application.
I just want to confirm regarding background history for my parents.

-My mom visited canada to stay with me on visitor visa (extended to 9 months) in 2014. So do I mention those dates and address she resided here in canada even though her primary residence was back home even at that time.
-Also, both of my parents are here in canada on supervisa since last 9 months , so do i also mention that time frame in canada or is it counted as just visiting and use primary address as backhome one?

I feel any stay more than 6 months should be mentioned in forms.....Please advise?
