Hmmm they will require job offer or somethin substancial written from your companySorry, you mean to say that I can upload my work permit extension document and reference letter from my superior is okay? As i said i cannot upload any new job offer since I cannot change the standard format.
I have already submitted my job offer. However they stated thatHmmm they will require job offer or somethin substancial written from your company
If you have letter from company on letter head you don’t need salary slipsOnly one problem is that I don’t have salary slip of one designation for 2011
Yeah they dont tell salary on the letter. I do have the appraisal letter and hike letterIf you have letter from company on letter head you don’t need salary slips
That should be fine. Anyways I think they are looking at whether you have employment of 3 years in your NOC in your case 2011 is so far back. I think you should be fine. Rest we can just hope for the best. But I think IRCC guys are reasonable and your case is easily explainableYeah they dont tell salary on the letter. I do have the appraisal letter and hike letter
I think u take legal advice from some attorney . Mr preet singh on this forum can helpI have already submitted my job offer. However they stated that
"The offer of employment that you had submitted with your application, dated APR, 2018, states that the term of employment would be for another 16 months. However, the offer does not meet the following criterion – the job offer from your employer must specifically say that the term of your employment will be for at least a period of 12 months after your permanent resident visa is issued."
Can I submit a letter from my supervisor stating that this (words in the offer letter) is the standard of the company along with my work permit extension document? Would that work or any other suggestions?
get them at CVS.. my frn did...Received the golden e-mail yesterday. Genuine thanks to everyone in this forum who are there to help everyone in need of time. I am an Indian-origin applicant from US and have spent a considerable amount of time in trackitt (the mud-slinging and infighting there is horrendous). Have to admit this is one of the best immigration forums around.Congratulations to all of us.
That aside, here is my high level timeline:
ITA: 23rd May
Submission and AOR: 26-Jun
MEP: 2-3 weeks aftter AOR (do not remember the date)
IP2:3 Aug
Email for PPR: 6 Aug
Hoping everyone receives their PPRs soon. I have the below Qs though:
1) Where in US can I take the photos? IS it same as US passport photo spec?
2) Have been asked to send the passport to Ottawa office. Anyone know how long it takes to get the passport back?
Thanks in advane for your wonderful replies
there is still BG check left.. which takes maximum time which is usually done after eligibility... Did you ask him about thatJust spoke to an call center agent. I asked him about my eligibility, he put me on hold for couple of minutes and then told me it is not yet officially declared as passed but going that way because currently it is "recommended passed". He also said a senior officer need to give the final decision and usually "recommended passed" file get "eligibility passed" status by the senior officer. He confirmed visa office is Ottawa.
Last time I called 3 weeks ago, an agent said eligibility is in progress and visa office Ottawa.
Is it coming soon guys?
Aor 12 june;currently ip1 since 28 june.
