Hi all,

I have a few questions regarding Personal History Form, and I am wondering if I could get some feedback from seniors or those with knowledge and experience. Your time and effort will be greatly appreciated!

Personal Activities:
1. a)
The pre-populated details in 'personal activities' from other sections / forms of the application are not in correct order (most recent information first). Should we put them in correct order? b) If we make any changes here and/or put them in correct order by deleting the rows, would it have an effect on other forms, such as education or work history?

2. Where to include 'international exchange term / semester abroad'? It was (optional) part of the Canadian educational credential / program. Options: Education, Personal, or Travel History

3. a) Which Activity Type should be selected for 'co-operative education' (aka co-op work term)? It was (optional) part of the Canadian educational credential / program. Options: Educational Activity or Employment b) Do we need to include it in Work History?

4. Have you listed all of ABC's periods of military service or government positions (if any), and all of the organizations that ABC belongs to (if any)? Options: Yes or Not Applicable

Travel History:
5.
Has ABC, and if applicable, ABC's family members taken any trips outside their country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since their 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc. What is the classification of 'Family Members' here in this context?

Thank you for your patience!

Thank you @DelPiero07, much appreciated! When you select 'Educational Activity' in the Personal History Form, then there are three more fields to complete: i. Standing at the end of study period, ii. Field of study, and iii. Level of education. I am sorry for the inconvenience, but I am not sure what should be mentioned in i & iii, as it was just an exchange semester. Same is the case with co-op work term, if we put it as an educational activity. Please advise, thank you.

I also had a 4-month exchange period during my undergrad studies, but since I did not have any official degree for this period (the results of the exchange term were mentioned on the undergrad transcript which has already been uploaded in the Education section) so right now I only included it in the Travel History period (description is exchange).

Would love to hear from other experienced and successful applicants on this too.
