I have also a question. In the questionnaire I have answered that I have a job offer, because I am currently working on a work permit for my employer and my work contract is not limited, only by the length of my permit. My employer gave me the letter of employment and the reference letter and also a job offer. But the latter confused them, because they said that my job is not limited. The job offer looks all good, except that they don't want to write that they will for sure employ me 1 year after I get my PR. They were happy with me the last 1,5 years and nothing looks like an end of this relationship. But of course things can change and I can understand this. So my question is, do I actually need to answer this question with yes when I am currently working for an employer and this employment is open end?
I would have enough points without the 50 for the offer, so I am thinking of taking it out again, since it is not stated anyway that they are going to employ me 1 year after I get my PR. I have the other two documents.
