Study permit delayed - more than 8 weeks! (Applied at New Delhi)

• I applied on 8th June offline at Delhi vfs.
• I got my medical updated on 9th of July and there are no updates after that.
• I got the 'Application updated' thing twice on 21st and 24th but no decisions or any updates on the portal after that and it changed to Submitted again.
• My application isn't even under review yet and I'm really worried about it, because it has been 57 days already today and people who've applied last week of June offline have also started receiving decisions from Delhi already.
• I already filled the webform and tried emailing them, but only received the automated reply.
• I also tried calling vfs helpline regarding this and they said that my application was forwarded to Delhi embassy on this date and they have no updates after that.

Does anyone have any idea what I can do apart from this? Or if you know someone who is facing or has faced such problem?

According to me the only possible reason that it might be delayed is that I tried adding my fee receipt through the webform on the 7th of July.

11th June offline also waiting.
Myself I applied on 12th June online medical cleared on 22nd and review started on same date still waiting for my result.
June 1st-2nd week are struggling a lot.
