Is there anyone else who is waiting who hasn't received pre arrival, decision made or passport request?
My husbands application was received on June 29, 2017
Started processing Sept 22, 2017.
June 18, 2018 they requested another police clearance certificate and Schedule A and travel history.
Received pre arrival letter June 18, 2018.
Have sent all the required documents and status is still in process. No decision made yet or request for passport

hi there, our was just transferred to Pretoria but have not been able to see many updates. have you had any luck?
Really? Ask for assistance from the sponsor's local MP. They can help if the application has been ongoing for over a year already.
App recieved June 27
Aor July 26
Police check submitted sametime as app. It's expired now and no request for new one.
Medical request July 31 2017 done in Aug 2017
Sponsor approval Aug 11 2017
Visa office started processing Aug 8 2017
Background check in process Feb 27 2018

did you talk to your local MP about this ? whats your nationality and the sponsored's one ?
No we never reached out to a MP. Im the sponsor born in Canada. My husband is from Jamaica.
call your local MP, explain your situation and he will be able to help you by contacting directly immigration.
