i have them an email they said my applicatin is being reviewd bh an officer really frustrating

Hello Dear,
This category (PRTD) is very critical. THE only option is waiting.
You can try to contact your MP IN Canada. And ask some support, my case took almost 5 Month.
If you have the option of traveling to Europe then you can get early.
