How can I get my Arena Animation Diploma from Aptech evaluated? It';s a 2 year diploma. I can't find any info on WES. When I mailed ICAS, they asked me to send them the diploma and if it is recognized they will evaluate. I don't understand what they mean by recognized?

i have master and bachelors degree in computer science and Engineering from two different universities.Do i need assessment for both, or only the assessment for master degree is sufficient for applying Canada PR through Express Entry?
And if yes then i have to create three envelops one is for bachelors, other is master and last one contains all the related document photocopies and altogether in one envelop sent to IQAS. I'm right?
Please anyone can clear my doubt...

I have also done Masters and Bachelors. My question is
My Masters degree is under UGC reconsidered and Bachelor is not under UGC it is autonomous. So Shall I go for only Masters for evaluation ??
Above I saw this reply from someone
"Your masters degree can be evaluated on its own however, it is advisable to have both done so that you can claim the maximum points under transferable skills. " - > what is transferable skills ??
If I am evaluating only Masters degree, is it sufficient to get more points ?? please guide. I am going with IQAS for the evaluation .

1. I have the sealed envelopes from the Universities with me. Can I send those envelopes myself along with my other application documents?
2. I dont the Academic Request Form included in the envelopes. Will that be a problem? I am planning to include reference number on the envelopes.

Got below response from IQAS directly. Hope this put things to rest for everyone and helps everyone who has question on this:
Hello xxx,
Generally IQAS accepts official transcripts/mark sheets that confirm graduation, and which are sent directly by the issuing institution. Official transcripts sent directly by the issuing institution(s) may be a photocopy of the diploma supplement bearing the institution(s)’ respective stamps on them. We do not require the original transcripts issued to a student upon graduation, and no other form of legalization is required. However, in cases where the issuing institution cannot send transcripts directly to IQAS, they may provide you with a sealed envelope with your attested transcripts enclosed which may be couriered by you to our office. The envelope must remain sealed, and has to be stamped with the institution’s official seal across the back flap. If there are concerns about the integrity of the documents, our office will contact you.

That's what I did. Had sealed envelopes, sent them with all other documents on the checklist. And no academic request form.

you can go through it website WES OR IQAS,
don't go through any agent for ECA report. you can do it your self through WES and IQAS, there were total 5 body who doing similar job.
