HEY GUYS I NEED SOME HELP.....
COULD U PLEASE TELL ME THAT THE COMPANY
"WESCORP ENERGY INC CANADA" is fake or genuine

i have applied for job in there company on 28th of July, they send me some questioners on 29th of July. i filled it up and mailed it back to them. Then on 1st of august the send me an offer of employment letter with all the details in the attached file the send me. In that mail there is an contact number of agent of visa application center. And in this mail it is said that what are the document that i have to mail for visa processing.
Today i mailed all the document that they asked for. In the evening i got reply for them that

Dear Applicant
We received an email from your employer pertaining to procurement of visa Processing, it is our pleasure to let you achieve your vision, also, we need to fulfill assignment given to us by your employer, pertaining to visa processing, for your valuable information, your visa will be multiple entries working visa for the period of three years, we request you to select visa mode of processing to enable us know how to handle your file in our office."

We have two Types of visa processing
No 1: Visa Stamping
No 2: E-Visas
We have two Options by Which You Can Remit Visa Registration Fees
1. Option Number one: Demand Draft
2. Option Two: Vfs Correspondent Officer (Known as Immigration Lawyer}
OPTION ONE} PROCESSING BY DEMAND DRAFT & REQUIREMENTS FOR VISA
1. IELTS CERTIFICATE & MEDICAL REPORT FROM WELL RECOGNIZED HOSPITAL
2. INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT COPY
3. A RECENT PHOTOGRAPH
4. RESUME
5. COPY OF SCHOOL CERTIFICATE
6. IF MARRIED MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE
7. NATIONALITY ID CARD
8. VOTERS REGISTRATION CARD
9. PAN CARD
10. CURRENT ELECTRICITY BILL
SIX MONTHS STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT CONTAIN MINIMUM TWENTY
THOUSAND DOLLARS VISA PROCESSING TIME: Minimum 35 days maximum 45
days
Visa processing charges:
40,100.10 INR = $793,CAD
OPTION TWO: {CORRESPONDENT OFFICER OF VFS OFFICE} KNOWN AS
IMMIGRATION LAWYER}
1. INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT COPY
2. A RECENT PHOTOGRAPH
3. RESUME
4. COPY OF SCHOOL CERTIFICATE
5. DOCUMENTS RECEIVED FROM EMPLOYER
6. VISA FEES AMOUNT:
40,500.00 INR = $793, CAD
Indian Rupee ↔ Canadian Dollars
7. PROCESSING TIME 10 days


I just want to know that is it Genuine or Fake

If you didn't have any job interviews or the job is asking for payment in exchange for a job offer and visa then its fake. In order for you to obtain a work permit, your potential employer first apply for a LMIA. This is a expensive and very long process and it will take 3 to 6 months to process. LMIA processing fees is paid by the employer and it must meet the requirements such as advertising and why your employer wants to hire you instead of many local PRs and Citizens in Canada.

If your employer has obtained a approved LMIA, then you can apply for a work permit.

There are so many reasons:

- It is extremely difficult to get a job offer in Canada. No one offers you a job that quickly.
- Processing time is never 10 days.
- The letter is horribly written and very clearly not written by someone from Canada.
- Real employers do not charge you money in exchange for a job offer.
- They are asking for many things that are not needed. Why do they need your electricity bill for example? Why do they need your voter registration card?
