Depends on your luck. i've seen applicants getting PPR in 12 months (just the lucky ones, mostly underaged when they came to canada, so no extensive bacground/ criminal record check needed from foreign countries that they have lived in) most people 16 months interval (majority) and the rest 19-23 months (unlucky applicants that needs medical to be redone and criminality/ Public safety check)

Yes I did, I thought it was because they added the biometric data on my profiel (even tho i don't need it) Today I got in my mail box the papres with the confirmation of PR
