Received LOA just now for sept 2018!! Help

Yeah, so I just received a letter of acceptance from Trent University for Postgraduate certificate in Human Resource Management. My classes start from 6th of September
I know I won't be able to get my visa processed on time. I have had booked IELTS academic exam for 18th of August weeks ago and TOEFL is not applicable for visa anyhow.. So clearly I won't get visa on time. I need help on how to defer the acceptance to next intake( i.e next septemeber)
