CRS Mismatch

My last CRS was 443 and it was canceled due to one of the documents being not translated.
I restarted my application today. My CRS was supposed to reduce by 5 points due to age, so it should be 438 now. Same is shown by CRS calculator on CIC site.
However, when I submitted the express entry profile it showed 413 points.
25 additional points are reduced from the following:

CRS - Skill Transferability - Foreign Work Experience: 25

In last application, which w sin March, it was 50 points for the same.
My experience has not changed since then. I cross checked my application but did not find a gap.
What could be the reason for the same

25 points are for one year of Canadian Experience and 50 points for 2 years of Canadian Experience.

But I have 9 years of foreign work experience. How come the thing for which I was getting 50 in last application, I am getting 25 points this time.
I updated my information related to work multiple times but there is no change in CRS in the application.
However, CRS tool is still displaying 438.

Do you have Canada work experience?

No, Its outside canada experience. But the point here is that in my last Express entry profile I scored 50 then how come it reduced to 25.

Someone please help with this urgently. This is getting freaky,,
I updated my application today also but no udpate in CRS.
