Got my ITA last week. Now in my profile I have mentioned about work history in my current organisation under NOC 2174 with my current Job title, but the problem is I have had 3 different titles during my tenure however, the duties were almost similar. I am confused if I shall now add different entries for each title or continue with one only and describe all the positions in the employment reference letter?

Thanks and advance

If your duties do change significantly, you could add a different NOC since the time it changed and add the respective title along with the same company, and on your experience certificate you can have all the job duties along with the different titles.

Thanks for your kind reply, really appreciate your help. Although the duties do not change significantly, my title was "Software Engineer" initially, then "Senior Software Engineer" and Later "Team Lead" which all come under the NOC Code 2174. But in the Express Entry Application/Profile which I have submitted and is transmitted, I have only mentioned about my last title held i.e. "Team Lead" with NOC 2174. Now in the PR Application/Profile should I mention each title separately or keep it same as Express Entry application and keep it "Team Lead", And in the Employement Reference letter give details of all the titles held?

Also, My PSK appointment for PCC is just 20 days before the last day of ITA, Please suggest If I shall also get the PCC done from the district police, if that is also valid for Canada Authorities.
TIA :)

If NOC is same and company is same as well, then keep only one line item and show current position. In reference letter you can mention all positions.

I can see that @hope2018 has provided you with the answer about the NOC, and as for the PCC I am really not aware of how it works in India and I'd suggest you look into some of the more relevant threads and maybe post a question about it there. But if you're appointment is just 20 days before the deadline to accept your ITA, it does seem risky and I would look into alternatives. but then again its merely my opinion and I do not have much knowledge in that area.
