Visa Under SDS

1-Do we need to submit parent's bank statement and ITR for Visa processing ,or paying college fees for 1 year would be suffice?
Reason I am asking this is that I have not taken loan for fees instead borrowed from my relative.As a result,I wouldn't be able to show funds for past 6-12 months in my father's bank account.

2-What all Documents are required for VISA processing,
