Hello Bryanna

My refusal reason

Grounds for refusal:

· Given economic conditions, employment prospects, considering your travel history, economic establishment and family ties, I am not satisfied that you would respect the terms of your admission as a temporary resident in Canada.

I am doing agriculture. My annual income 9.5 lakh that I show through jform . In my bank account I show 11.6 lakh. Where is problem in my application

I will visit in Canada to attend a family function. My sister live there . She is PR holder . She provides all documents that embassy require.

1. What was the exact purpose of your visit and for how long?

2. Do other members of your family have TRVs? Will they be attending this family function?

3. Are you married? Have children?

4. Do you own the agricultural land?

5. Have you been consistently earning about the same income in the last 2-3 years?

6. Since how long did you have the bank balance of INR 1.16 million? Did you borrow any of this money or was it transferred between your bank accounts shortly before you applied?

7. Have you traveled abroad? If yes, to which countries and typically for how long?

There is no appeal process for a TRV. You could apply for a Judicial Review, but that will require a Canadian lawyer and there is not guarantee that the courts will accept your application. It also requires significant time and money. You are better off to order the gcms notes and address the visa officers concerns and reapply.

You asked about TRV not study permit. Answer is depends. Look on IRCC website for requirements.
The trv and SP applications, do not ask for PCC. We see that only in the PR application. Alright.
Anyone else who had an experience with PCC during study permit or work-permit? Let us know, cheers. Merci.
