HI GOT AN UPDATE ON JUNE 20 THAT I PASSED MY MEDICAL, BACKGROUND CHECK IN PROGRESS SINCE THEN NO EMAIL, HAS ANYBODY WITH THIS BELOW TIMELINE RECEIVED PPR EMAIL

ITA- MAY 20 2018
AOR- JUNE 7 2018
MEDICAL PASSED- JUNE 20 2018
BACKGROUND CHECK- JUNE 20 2018
STILL WAITING

For recent CEC applications, they move directly to IP2 (background check in progress), which does not really mean that there have been huge movements in the processing of your application. My timeline is kinda similar to yours except that I have been at IP2 for nearly 2 months now. I passed ME almost 1 or 2 weeks after I got my AOR (May 2018).

Hello,
I have a similar situation:
-May 8 - received ITA
-June 3 - submitted all required documents online
-June 19 - received an email saying I passed my medical exam but had to upload my Canadian background check (in addition to USA background check which I submitted with my original documents)
-June 25 - submitted Canadian background check
-As of today, my profile still says "background check in progress" with no other updates since...

I hope we both hear some good news soon. The waiting process is so hard!
