Processing time is taking long.(Open Spouse Work Permit Visa)

Hello,
I have submitted a visa file for category Open Spouse work permit visa for my wife on 3rd May 2018. And, still status shows that "We are processing your file". Is there anyone, who can help to guide in the right direction? Why it is taking a long time or whom should I contact.

A file is being processed at the New Delhi visa office.

This is normal and you're still within normal processing times. The posted processing time is 13 weeks.

Hi processing time is too long bro. I was applied on 25th April but do not get any updates yet.
