It can’t b guessed so accurate but in my case status changed within 4 days of actual submission of adr docs requested ... status changed from docs required to docs received then to docs under review then to not applicable within 4 days ...
but also it had been seen in some cases that ppr arrived within 2 days even the same day if status of adr changed after like 2 months...
so it is very hard to predict actually..

Thats ip2 ..
if it says we will send you msg when we start the background check then it is ip1

My ADR (RPRF paid separately) has remained at 'We are reviewing the additional docs you submitted' since May 15.

New Strategy for the Week - Just carry on with life. No more logging onto canada.ca. First few hours have been great. When PPR is ready, will get email. Calling them, mailing them, etc. won't change anything.

Yes .. seen already in few cases that status changes to not applicable on the same day of ppr ...
u never know ... its just unpredictable..
n i was using the same strategy since last 15 days .. stay relaxed n calm ... its gonna knock ur door soon

I thought IP2 is "We are processing your background......" while IP1 is "In Progress"?

It may differ but in some cases it goes like in progress , then to not applicable , again to in progress, again to not applicable....
Thats y the first in progress means ip1 n the second one means ip2 .. u need to b sure which one is it
N its always ppr after ip2

If your ADR for RPRF is still saying "We are reviewing your additional document", 1 of 2 things will be the case. Its either the VO have not returned to your file or he/she did not update your account with the complete review of the ADR.

About the wait nerves, I am dying!!!

Lets hope for option two because I have submitted my ADR on July 4th however they are still reviewing documents provided, which is hard to believe

That is the thing with my case. I am in IP2 (do not know the exact date) but my BGC says 'We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.' since a long time and my ADR was ' We are reviewing the additional documents you provided.'

Only this past friday did the ADR change to 'Not Applicable' while the BGC still says the same.

This is the thing that is confusing me.
