Urgent: Dates on police certificate from home country

Dear friends,

I need a small help. I have received my ITA And i have to submit police certificates. I am confused what dates should I mention on my Pcc.
Here is a quick brief of my case

1. I lived in my home country lets say X from my birth till Nov 2015.
2. In Nov 2015 i left country X and moved to country Y till March 2018
3. In March 2018 i moved to anoher country lets say Z.

In country Z i hv not lived for more than 6 months so i don't need any PCC....right?Even this is my current country of residence.

In country Y i lived from Nov 2015 to Mar 2018. I need to get PCC from there.

But my cofusion is: In country X i lived till Nov 2015 but i kept on visiting my family 3 to 4 times a year for 15 days to one month each visit. Ofcource its my home country and my last visit was from my current country of residence ( Z) in jun 2018. So in this case what DATES SHOULDI MENTION ON MY PCC from COUNTRY X? i visited it in last jun for 10 days.
Should i mention
from.....to Nov 2015
Or
From..... to Jun 2018
Or
From.....to date?

Please note that i hv received a PCC saying i bear no criminal record while my stay in country X from my birth to date. Would this work?


Its very confusing and visa officers are peculiar about this. Plz help me its urgent. Im very grateful to you. Im running out of time.

The simplest way is to mention by birth till the date of your last exit from your home country else you would need to add specific periods of visit.

Both are ok. The issue date should be after your exit date.
