Hey I got refusal from Canada embassy stating that your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of the one or more of your previous studies missing marksheets, academic records level of establishment language abilities future plans and prospects .....
10th class 74 %
12th class 63 %
Btech civil 70.2%
I have 6.5 bands not less than 6 in any module

Now I have applied again with some improvements in my sop and by paying full year fees
I have applied on 13 july through online mode

I got refusal after 69 days on 11 July. I was shocked to see the result because I have chosen relevant course... I don't know what comes in the mind of officer.... Its my dream to complete my studies in Canada.. Hope for the best this time

Is it so... But my agent didn't tell me anything about it.... Even I was in doubt

Yes... We cannot rely completely on agents .they keep misleading us all the time by some false motivation
