Really happy and relieved... like @SRayhan87 have also accepted the nomination straight away :):):)

Now will be gathering whatever else is needed for the preparations for CIC stage in Sha Allah

Good luck to everyone..... I know you will get nomination soon
Conratulations :)

NB Nomination: 27 July

@NzKhn congratulations... we are still patiently waiting..

Hi Guys, congrats for getting your nominations, and hope the other guys get their nomination too.
I have a question if you don't mind: I got NOI , and my marriage certificate is in Arabic, and I did the English translation from an authorized translator here in Dubai. Should I notarize the document, or it will fine?

As per CIC:

Translation of documents

Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document.
Translations may be done by a person who is fluent in both languages (English or French and the unofficial language). If the translation is not provided by a member in good standing of a provincial or territorial organization of translators and interpreters in Canada, the translation must be accompanied by an affidavit swearing to the accuracy of the translation and the language proficiency of the translator.

The affidavit must be sworn in the presence of:

In Canada:
a notary public
a commissioner of oaths
a commissioner of taking affidavits
Outside of Canada:
a notary public

So from this, I would think you will need to get it notarised.

Congrats! Are you currently employed in NB. I have a job offer from there, but I'm not located in Canada. Wondering if I could also send an EOI.

Nope. I am outside Canada as well. I live in the UAE currently.

If you have a confirmed job offer from an employer in NB, then I'm sure you can apply under the Skilled Worker with Employer Support in the Express Entry pool. You wouldn't need a PNP nomination. What's your CRS score?

Thanks for your reply. My CRS 435. My job offer was made under AIPP. I believe I will have to proceed with AIPP only.

Oh I see

Check this link: http://www.welcomenb.ca/content/wel...igration_Pilot_Project/AIPP-forms_guides.html
It shows you the process for AIPP.
I think the next step for you is a Needs Assessment and Settlement Plan, plus endorsement from the employer.

But I am not sure about the process for AIPP. Everyone here has gone for NB PNP nomination via information session, or relatives in NB, or work in NB.

Got it, pal. Thanks. My endorsement is done. See you in NB someday :)
