Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2017

How can one call IRCC? Any number , Yalgar? On their online portal, they asked me to submit the PCC two times for my dad and not for my mother.Need to clarify.Thanks for your help in anticipation.

Check the message.. in the message, it will be for both the parents
I think there is a glitch in their site as even I saw 2 options for primary for PCC but none for dependent.
But the email message said its for both

Firstly, tell cic your mom will travel to china within XX days. And she doesn’t have enough time to submit the passport.
Secondly, ask cic if your mom and dad can send passport to Beijing or other visa office in China to get PR visa stamped. ( I will do this in the future.)

If we only knew that the passport stamping and delivery is so quick, I would have tell my father in law to stay in Canada during the 30 days and have his passport sent to Xiamen before Beijing. The passports were couriered to Beijing like two weeks ago and now they said they got the passports back.

Today my mother got a letter in email requesting medical examination, police certificate and form 5669 for just herself. I applied for both my parents, then why do they only request her medical and police cert, and not my dads?

Is this normal to receive medical and police certificate request for principal applicant first? My mum is the principal applicant in our application.

Did you check the forms?maybe she got the letter, but you have forms for both.

My parents underwent their Medical on 23rd July. Do you know how long does it normally take post IME and PCC to get the visas? Also can someone tell me how long is the visa valid? I have heard that they have to land in Canada within 6 months after receiving the visas. Is that ture?

Each of your parents should have their own form. Try calling CIC to figure out.

Incorrect. Generally, they have to land either before expiry of their passport or one year the medical done date whichever is the earlier. In my in laws case, medical was done this May, passport request early in the month and visa received yesterday.

anyone experienced this? I have received “pre-arrival letter” 3 times but still not PPR yet. The latest one I got 2 days ago by email, head line is bulletin 2. How long it gonna take to get PPR?
