Why mailing address is set to a lawyer's office?

When I opened my Client Application Status I noticed my mailing address is set to

2800 - 390 Bay Street C/O Slavens Ellie Michelle
Toronto, Ontario
Canada
M5H 2Y2

It is unbelievably shocking. She is an immigration lawyer but I never asked for help. Anybody had a similar issue?

Not sure how they could obtain the address of a lawyer whom you never hired, but you can always change your address on ECAS.

Call them or use the web form to inform them of the mistake!
