Guys, a miracle had just happened, after OINP withdrawn my application before 15 days due to some technical issue from our part, I got another NOI just now. All the best for all of you.

That means they started to issue NOI again? Atleast for french speaking?

According to their data, I strongly believe that there will be a major batch 300+ NOIs this coming August. Just wait!

They do seem to issue NOI to HCP at almost every other month, and when they do, it's usually a very huge batch (300+ invites)!

Yes!! I got it too this morning! My profile was created on April 20. I selected French as first language and English as second.

These are good news... they could be reissuing under HCP pretty soon too. Best of lucks to all of us!
