Not sure what are you trying to do but if you are worried about the fact that you will not be able to decline once you accept, its not the case, you can still decline even if you accept and start filling up forms. Till the time you dont submit and pay fees, it can be declined.

Yes I know, in fact I have done that in April. I am just worried that doing it again may not sit well with CIC. I am just waiting for my divorce certificate

they are not out there to get you. you can decline as many times as you want.
