Urgent help about certificate evaluation

I have done BA hons in English, MA in English Language Teaching. After three years of my teaching in the University, I have done a post graduate diploma entitled "CELTA" From University of Cambridge.
Will they count it and offer some points?

The points will be similar since MA in English will be Post Graduate Diploma in WES (unless you had thesis work). So, In my opinion, no ECA is required for Diploma "CELTA"

You will already get maximum points for Post Graduate Diploma.
