Hi - do I need to submit a reference letter for an unpaid/volunteer experience? I'm currently volunteering at an NGO, and my work is relevant to my field of expertise. I work for 4-6 hours/month.

Unpaid/Volunteer work does not count as Work experience. Hence you should not claim any points for it, or provide any reference letters.
