Waiting for PPR since a month (after case being approved)

Hi,

My AOR is February 19. On July 11 I called up CIC to check my application status and I was told that my application got approved on June 26 and PPR mail was sent on June 28 however, my agent didn't receive the email. Upon contacting CIC he was assured that a request has been raised and sent across to CIC Ottawa. It is going to be a month in a couple of days, yet I haven't received the much-awaited mail.
Has this happened earlier also?

Ask you agent to raise a request. They are your representative right?

Yes, he is my representative and he did raise a request on July 11 but haven't got the mail yet.
