didn't mentioned about usa refusal ..what to do know

I got an e-mail today bellow-

"Your application for Study Permit in Canada has been received and reviewed. Please submit the following outstanding item(s) within 30 days from the date of this email. Please note that all documents that are not in either English or French must be accompanied by a certified translation. If you do not comply with this request within thirty days from the date of this email, we will presume that you are no longer interested in pursuing your application and your file will be closed.

Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

I answered "NO" because did not read full question on form 1294E , i read up to Canada and answered it. But I have a USA B1 visa rejection in 2015. What to do now?

Ignorance is not an excuse. Just send a letter stating that you were denied B1 visa and attach supporting documents showing the reason of refusal.

Disclosing B1 refusal does not mean that you will be denied Canadian visa. Not disclosing can surely ban you for 5 years in Canada.

Everyone should understand one thing that they are not issuing Ration Card. They are into immigration and in the digital age they have access to all the database around the globe. Be truthful and don't play smart or dumb with them.

And i have a letter which i got from us embassy when i got rejected .
