hudd hogayi hai .. why r they taking so long to review your file? mine got reviewed back in april and since then i am waiting for an interview date .. ughhhh.. frustratin at times ..

why don't you email LVO again? copy the email to the PM, minister of immigration, etc. and ask for a detail reply .. not just a one line thing ..

Actually I’m not allowed to email directly to lvo etc cos it will cause some unknown complications according to my naalik wakeel. Although will be receiving notes in a day or two (hopefully).
Baki Pakistani honay k boht saray faido mai sy aik yeh faida bhi hai k almost saray may 2017 k finalise ho gaye lakin humry 14 maheeno sy abhi tak review ho rha hai.

It is very unfortunate condition when someone’s background checks are in process and it takes a lot of time because background checks are done by third party so even LVO have no idea how long it will take. Just pray and hope it done soon, if you get remedial request that will be a hint that your background checks are done and you will get a decision pretty soon after remedial.

It appears there was a comment that was made and has now been removed from here about "future citizens" of Canada. It was an offensive comment and those of us who come here and ask questions, do so, to understand things better. I can easily look up the meaning of "remedial request". My question was in the context of this site and the content that was provided by Pak0403.

I will wait to hear from Pak0403 or anyone else who can provide an enlightening response. Thank you.

I dont know thats why I posted a question here .
Ill have my visa stamped for the first time. I didnt really know it was supposer to be stamped at islamabad or canada .

Even after 14 months no news from lvo what so ever. I wonder if the Pakistanis are included in 12 month processing time window.Because almost all cases from may 2k17 has been decided except of Pakistanis.

Even my application has passed 11 months now but it says We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements, and if I email LVO they reply saying that your file is awaiting full review. GCMS notes shows nothing special.
