Hopefully she gets it this time.
Good luck to you. Just make your file as strong as you.

Im in the vancouver area.
We had the same problem before hired a really dumb agent who didnt do his job properly.
But this time we made sure we got someone worth trusting, shes done an amazing job with making the file strong. She had also ordered previous file notes from the embassy to study the file properly. Rest is upto the officer but we have overcome the previous refusals.

I can personal message you her details if you’re in my area.

But they just gave me 2 reasons via email that i already new.

They really helped because they werent just the genetic notes, it was detailed.
Her first refusal was back in 2011, so it took us about 3.5 months to get those notes when it should really take about 3 weeks, but again they were coming from NDVO and they take their sweet time.

I would suggest if you can wait, order the notes. If not then write it in cover letter, how you have overcome each refusal.

And most likely it wouldnt take as long for you as it did for mine.
If the refusals were in recent years, you would get your notes within 3 weeks.

Hi @Bryanna I hope you can help me with this.
My sister ( Canada pr) applied for our mothers supervisa. There was an visitor visa rejection last year mainly due to ill prepared application. we supported our application with all required documents (and covered for earlier gaps) Although I am afraid, as we did not have any letter stating reason for application. Instead we uploaded an invitation / sponsor letter wherein we declared (in presence of notary, annual income(meets LICO), insurance covered (100k cad), guarantee towards her travel, lodging and return, own house suitable to accommodate no. Of family member including her.

We are concerned if any specific letter stating the reason was required?
Applied date 7may 2018, online application,
Med pass 24th July
File at NDVO.
Thanks in advance for your opinion / guidance.

Your sister's invitation letter will suffice if it states the reason for the visit. As your mom has passed medicals, processing is on the right track.

Hope your sister has included her NOA, employment letter, bank statements, etc

an

Yes, we supported our application with all these documents, Unfortunately we did not specified anywhere, the reason why we want visit Canada on supervisa.
Can some thing be done at this stage? As in attachment through web form?

Thanks

The invitation letter from your sister stated that she would like your mom to spend time with her, right? It's generally understood that a super visa applicant would like to spend a few months/ up to two years with his/her host. So, the reason for the visit is not really critical unlike for a TRV

Don't worry. Let the processing continue.... hopefully, she will get a positive decision in a couple of weeks
