Family sponsor Quebec

Hi,

My husband is in Quebec , but my spouse papers were submitted in Missisuaga on April 10th 2018. I live outside canada. As I was told by consultant where I applied from ,that quebec certificate will be issued later to federal immigration.
I have not heard any approval till to date.Can anyone give some insights here , how to track my parcel ? I have DHL Confirmation though that it was received on 12 april.

Using the outland sponsorship route, the CSQ will be asked after they approve you as a sponsor. So it might still take a little while before they ask you to apply for the CSQ.
