I think problem is.. if we show them we are ultra-rich... it means they think we can move and start planning to stay or buy something in Canada....

We have to maybe show them we are medium class.. no idea. maybe..
Next time I will try in this way

Any expert could help me, I have received my TRV refusal letter stating the following grounds:

UCI: XXXXXXXXXX
Application no. XXXXXXXX

MY NAME
Email:

This refers to your application for a temporary resident visa to Canada. I have completed my assessment of your application and I have determined that you do not meet the requirements for a temporary resident visa; therefore, your application is refused.

In accordance with Section A11(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA), any person wishing to become a temporary resident of Canada must satisfy an officer that he or she is not inadmissible to Canada and meets the requirements of the Act. This includes the requirement to establish to the satisfaction of the officer that the applicant will respect their conditions of admission and will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for his or her stay.

In reaching a decision, an officer considers several factors; these may include the applicant’s travel and identity documents, reason for travel to Canada, contacts in Canada, financial means for the trip; ties to country of residence (including immigration status, employment and family ties) and whether the applicant would be likely to leave Canada at the end of his/her authorized stay.

Following an examination of your application, I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Act and the Regulations for the reasons explained below. I am therefore refusing your application.

Grounds for refusal:

1. I am not satisfied that you have sufficient funds, including income or assets, to carry out your stated purpose in going to Canada or to maintain yourself while in Canada and to effect your departure.

2. Purpose of visit

3, travel history

in regards to ground 1, I have my properties worth more than Rupees 10Cr which was clearly translated to English and attested with a notary, and I was maintaining my bank account very clearly and there was a balance more than Rs 15 Lakhs,

in regards to ground 2, I had purchased a 10 days tour package including hotel booking, travelling, etc etc.

in regards to ground 3, I have traveled 11 countries including Brunei, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong kong, Macau, Srilanka, UAE and qatar,

i am scared to see my TRV refusal letter which I have received,

the letter also says ;

This application is closed. Please note that any new information you wish to provide must be submitted with a new application and processing fee. Should you wish to reapply, I would suggest that you do so only if your situation has changed substantively or you have significant new information to submit.

Am I able to re apply?
how could I change my situation to better than this?
Hi.. You should apply for GCMS notes to find a detailed reason for your refusal. Only reason I am able to find out is that though you have a lot of foreign travel history but none of them requires a visa or visas which require much of scrutiny as US/UK/Australia / NZ or Shenegen countries. That’s the only reason I am able to find at the outset rest could be made sure once you have GCMS notes detailing the reason for refusal.

Please don’t change what you have detailed in your previous application. It should be consistent with the information you provided when you first applied, if you have something to add to it , do it. Or wait for the GCMS notes. Changing and falsifying information could lead to 5 year ban for misrepresentation. Being rich is not a sin by any means and not a reason for a denial to a visa to Canada.

Thanks Rosh, Though i feel you should be approved regardless of why you applying, but looking at the present scenarios your chance of approval was less. They have rejection seasons when they can reject Ambani's visa for the financial reason , and can reject a 5 month old kid because he is not employed and doenst have travel history. So stay cool, and better luck next time

Hey
I need immediate help!!!
I have applied for my mother's TRV and CRC has refused it on the grounds,

" I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history. "

So the case is that I have just got my PR and I am traveling to Toronto and wanted my Mother to accompany me on TRV. We have mentioned that she is going for tourist purpose and also I have attached a letter of invitation from a friend. My mother is working as a director in her self-owned company. We have shown around CAD 7725.44 in her account and also shown property papers worth more than CAD 77254.38. Now we are thinking for re-applying for her visa. Can you please suggest how should we move forward with the application now?

What was attached in "Purpose of visit"?

And yes you can re-apply anytime, if not stated otherwise in the refusal letter, but only after working on the refusal reasons.

1. What a VO looks for in a travel history is US or UK or Europe.

2. What did you attach as a home ties? What they look for here is a stable job, mostly govt. (letter from employer approving leaves) or a house/property in the name of applicant she/he will return to.

3. Purpose of visit isn't convincing if the overall file is weak.

1- She has never been to US/ UK or Europe.

2- She has been working for past 20 years as a director in her self-owned company owning 50 % of the business with my father.

We are thinking of re-applying with a better cover letter. Hope it works this time :(

You can reapply, but make sure to work on all the rejection reasons first. There’s no point reapply without fixing the rejection reasons. After this rejection, the VO will look for all the aspects, on which the file was rejected in first place and would expect some extra supporting docs.
